Independent Business Owner (IBO) Agreement
By enrolling as an Independent Business Owner ("IBO"), you agree to represent MyaMaylani Botanicals™ professionally, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
IBOs are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MyaMaylani Botanicals™.
IBOs may not make unauthorized product claims, medical claims, income guarantees, or representations not approved by the company.
EARNING DISCLAIMER
MyaMaylani Botanicals™ does not guarantee any level of income, profit, or business success.
Any earnings examples, testimonials, or promotional materials are provided solely for illustrative purposes and should not be considered typical or guaranteed results.
Success depends upon individual effort, business experience, leadership abilities, market conditions, and other factors beyond the company's control.
Participants should not join the program with the expectation of guaranteed income.
Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates receive commissions only on qualifying sales generated through their approved referral links.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and program rules may be modified at any time.
Affiliates may not:

Engage in misleading advertising

Make false product or income claims

Use spam marketing techniques

Bid on trademarked company terms without authorization

Represent themselves as company employees
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Compliance
All affiliates and IBOs must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including advertising and consumer protection regulations.
MyaMaylani Botanicals™ reserves the right to terminate any affiliate or IBO account that violates these policies.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Upon termination, all rights to market, represent, or promote MyaMaylani Botanicals™ products cease immediately.
